Terms and Conditions for Appointment Booking and Fees for Patients of the Luxdentica Dental Clinic.
1. Booking appointments
1.1 Booking an appointment
The patient can book an appointment through the website at https://www.luxdentica.pl/umow-wizyte, by email, via chat with the receptionist, by phone, or in person at the clinic. In-person and online (audio + video) appointments are available depending on the patient's preferences and availability.
1.2 Changing the date or canceling an appointment
Rescheduling an appointment is free of charge, but no later than 24 hours before the scheduled time. In case of rescheduling less than 24 hours before the appointment or a no-show, a cancellation fee is charged. Changes can be made by email, via chat with the receptionist, by phone, or in person at the clinic.
1.3 Absence fees
In the event of failure to appear for an appointment without prior cancellation or changing the date of the appointment less than 24 hours before its start, the patient is obliged to pay an absence fee in the amount presented in the table. This fee is non-refundable.

1.4 Booking fees
For scheduled visits, e.g., surgical or implant procedures and prosthetic treatment at the Luxdentica clinic, a reservation fee applies as shown in the table below. In the event of a no-show for a scheduled procedure or failure to cancel at least 24 hours prior to the appointment, the reservation fee is non-refundable.

2. Detailed provisions
2.1. Payment for the visit
In-person visit – payment is made directly after the visit at the reception desk.
Online/phone visit – the patient is obliged to make the payment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. In the absence of payment, the booking of the visit is automatically canceled.
2.2. Confirmation of attendance for in-person visits on the same day
If a patient books an appointment on a given day for the same day, the confirmation of attendance must be made by 10:00 AM.
2.3. Special situations
In the event of exceptional situations that are not covered by the regulations, each case will be considered individually in consultation with the patient and the attending physician.
