A Patient Care Coordinator is an individual whose primary task is to guide the patient through the entire treatment process, ensuring full information and treatment comfort. They are present from the very first visit, during which essential decisions are typically made, and elements influencing the further treatment plan are clarified. The coordinator is involved in shaping the final cost estimate, choosing the methodology, and creating the treatment plan.
The Coordinator's role involves close collaboration and constant communication with the patient. They answer all of the patient's pressing questions, provide advice during crucial decision-making moments, meticulously discuss the entire treatment process, and explain the performed dental procedures on the day of treatment. The Coordinator maintains ongoing telephone contact with the patient and remains available to address any additional inquiries or the need to clarify all aspects that contribute to the proper execution of dental treatment.
In our daily work, we aim for every member of the Luxdentica team to maximize their best skills and predispositions. Our primary goal is to optimize the working time of our dentists, allowing them to solely focus on tasks related to dental treatment.
