Thanks to my many years of experience, I perfectly understand the needs of patients and ensure they feel well taken care of from their very first contact with the clinic. On a daily basis, I handle the organization of reception work, coordination of visits, maintaining documentation, and ongoing patient service – both by phone and email. I care about efficient organization and a friendly atmosphere, which make every visit comfortable and free of unnecessary stress.
