We realize that dental treatment, especially one that completely and dramatically changes your appearance, requires a holistic approach.
Our approach
The right design for your new smile, matching your facial expressions, character, and disposition, is just as important an element of the whole as the individual physiological factors that influence treatment. Therefore, a very important part of our work is proper contact and a suitable, individual discussion with each Patient. Because both sides must be sure that the process they implement together is the best path that could be jointly chosen in the dental treatment being carried out together.
That is why, already during the first meetings with the Patient, other individuals necessary for performing specific dental procedures are invited to cooperate – anesthesiologists, dental surgeons, orthodontists, dental technicians, nurses, or dental hygienists.
First contact
First impressions are the most important. We try to establish the right relationship with you starting from the moment of planning your visit. That is why we do everything we can to simplify the registration process as much as possible. However, in times of sanitary restrictions related to the virus, we are obliged to implement with full responsibility all guidelines related to ensuring safety in all dental clinics of the Luxdentica group. We make every effort to minimize any inconvenience and simplify the entire registration process.
First consultation with a dentist
During the first consultation, we want to get to know all of the Patient's needs. Both those directly related to dental treatment, as well as the character and personality type of the other person. Sometimes it happens - despite maintaining all standards of patient care - that certain elements, such as: specific medical names and terms, names of treatments, medications, procedures, which are clear, legible, or even obvious to the dentist, are not always fully understood by the Patient. This is when the Patient Coordinator comes to the rescue.
Patient Coordinator
An Individual Patient Coordinator is a person whose main task is to guide the Patient through the entire treatment process, in such a way as to provide them with complete information and ensure full comfort in communication with the dentist. The Coordinator is present from the very first visit, during which all necessary decisions are usually made and the elements affecting the further treatment plan are specified. The Coordinator is present during the formulation of the final cost estimate, the choice of methodology, and the treatment plan. They help to understand complex dental terms and are constantly available to the Patient (via telephone duty).
