Porcelain veneers and crowns

Porcelain veneers and crowns

First impressions are made in just a few seconds. A beautiful, harmonious smile makes us feel more comfortable, confident, and more willing to smile. That is why at the Luxdentica Dental Center, we help patients restore the aesthetics of their teeth using modern porcelain veneers and crowns. We design each smile individually. We pay attention not only to the appearance of the teeth, but also to facial proportions, the lip line, and the natural character of the smile. Our goal is not to create perfectly white teeth, but an effect that is beautiful, natural, and timeless.

Porcelain veneers

Porcelain veneers are one of the most effective solutions in modern cosmetic dentistry. They allow you to transform the appearance of your teeth by correcting their shape, color, and proportions.

This is an excellent choice for people who want to get rid of discoloration, close small gaps between teeth, mask chips, or give their smile a more harmonious look.

Thanks to modern materials, veneers perfectly imitate natural enamel, maintaining the lightness, transparency, and subtle shine characteristic of healthy teeth.

Porcelain crowns

Porcelain crowns allow for the restoration of weakened or significantly damaged teeth, restoring both their aesthetics and full functionality.

Custom-made for each patient, they ensure a natural appearance and comfortable use for many years. It is a solution that successfully combines durability with the highest aesthetics.

Digital smile design

Before starting your treatment, you can see the planned effect of your makeover. Thanks to digital smile design, we analyze facial proportions and prepare a visualization of the future appearance of your teeth.

This allows us to plan the treatment together and make a conscious decision to change your smile.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are porcelain veneers durable and resistant to damage?

Yes, porcelain veneers are among the most durable solutions in aesthetic dentistry. With proper hygiene and regular check-ups, veneers can maintain an excellent appearance for as long as 10–20 years. Porcelain is highly resistant to wear and staining, and it does not discolor from coffee, tea, or cigarettes.

What does dental care for teeth with veneers look like?

Caring for teeth with veneers does not differ significantly from daily oral hygiene – you should brush your teeth regularly (preferably with a soft-bristled toothbrush), use dental floss and mouthwashes. It is advisable to avoid biting very hard foods (e.g., nuts, ice) directly with the veneers and not to use your teeth to open packaging.

Does getting porcelain veneers involve pain or risk of complications?

The procedure is performed under local anesthesia, so it is painless. With minimally invasive methods (non-prep veneers), there is no need for teeth grinding. Complications are extremely rare, and at Luxdentica, each case is analyzed individually to ensure the patient's comfort and safety to the maximum.

Can porcelain veneers be placed on dead or root canal-treated teeth?

Yes, porcelain veneers can also be used on endodontically (root canal) treated teeth, however, in the case of significant tooth weakening, the dentist may also suggest a composite or porcelain crown, which will provide better durability.

What is the difference between porcelain veneers and composite veneers?

Porcelain veneers are more resistant to staining and wear, providing a natural shine effect similar to tooth enamel. Composite veneers are cheaper and can be made faster, but they have a shorter lifespan and can change color over time.
